Barbara Hove & Associates was established in 2000 as a private
practice providing counseling and consultation to individuals,
couples, and families. The principle of this practice, Barbara Hove,
offers outpatient mental health services and employee assistance
program counseling and consultation. Visits are scheduled by
appointments only, and face to face services are provided.
With a focus on workplace issues, EAP services are provided to the
individual employee or family member and include assessment,
referral , and short-term counseling. Supervisory and management
consultation and conflict resolutions is available on a
fee-for-service basis. Critical incident response and debriefing is
provided on an emergency basis. Appointments can be scheduled at the
Eagan office or at the employee or employer’s workplace. Barbara
Hove & Associates works as a consultant and team member with Human
Resources professionals on or off site regarding human resource
issues.
Employee Assistant Program referrals and private Health Insurance
referrals are accepted.
